Reappraising Performance Evaluation: A Field Experiment on Emotion Regulation at Work

This paper evaluates a brief reappraisal intervention delivered to more than 6,000 employees. Employees were followed for three months to examine changes in emotion regulation and subsequent work outcomes, with an intensive subsample of approximately 800 employees completing ecological momentary assessments (EMA) over five consecutive days.

The Language of Belonging at Work: Evidence from Employee Reviews

Drawing on survey data from more than 700 employees in China and the United States, together with a large corpus of Glassdoor reviews, this paper examines what workplace belonging means to employees and how it is experienced across cultural contexts. It further investigates how belonging is expressed in employee-generated workplace narratives and identifies the organizational experiences that shape these perceptions.
